Upper - Lower Lakes Wildlife Refuge Area Rensselaer Falls Town of Canton Sorry, your browser doesn't support Java.   The Upper and Lower Lakes Refuge contains 4341 acres of wetland. Songbirds, waterfowl, wading birds, shorebirds, and birds of prey are easily spotted. The rare Tweety Bird has yet to be spotted. The Indian Creek Nature Center is open year round and provides trails, boardwalks, and observation areas. You can find out more information about this Wildlife Management Area at: NY State DEC website     There's nothing special about the original image but I get a laugh everytime I see this. Why? It's been "borrowed" a couple of times and the people who did it never realized that Sylvester was in the image. How they missed the addition of Sylverster is beyond me. It's been used on a local chamber of commerce website. And even funnier I once received a Prescription Insurance Card and this Image was used on the folder holding the card. It was a county gouvernment plan and I'll never know why the company administrating the program decided to use it. The image was reduced but if you looked close you could stil make out Sylvester. I put the card away somewhere and if I ever find it again I'll post that too
